Angentex® Mycoplasma qPCR Detection Kit is designed for detecting mycoplasma DNA by real-time PCR using DNA extracted from a cell suspension. In order to detect over 200 species, the primer and probe are designed to target the region containing the 16S rRNA gene of mycoplasma spp.
Angentex® Mycoplasma qPCR Detection Kit consists of the following components:

Storage
- Store at -20°C.
