Angentex® YHV and WSSV qPCR Detection Kit is an easy-to-use, highly sensitive qPCR and qRT-PCR assay that detects Shrimp Yellow Head Virus (YHV) and White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) and process control (Exogenous, IC) in the sample. The kit contains a ready-to-use master mix and everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction.

Angentex® YHV and WSSV qPCR Detection Kit is used for the detection of Shrimp Yellow Head Virus (YHV) and White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) by using real-time PCR systems.
Angentex® YHV and WSSV qPCR Detection Kit consists of the following components:
- Ready-to-use Master Mix.
- Process control detector to verify sample quality.
- Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
- Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.
Storage
- Store at -20°C.
- Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
- Cool all reagents during the working steps.
