Description
Angentex® PRRSV EU/US/HP qPCR Detection Kit is a multiplex Real-Time PCR diagnostic test kit designed to detect porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) strains in porcine samples. The European (EU), North American (US/NA), and Highly pathogenic (HP) strains are detected and differentiated using fluorescent probes. The kit contains a ready-to-use master mix and everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction.

Angentex® PRRSV EU/US/HP qPCR Detection Kit is used for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) Subtypes EU, US, and HP by using real-time PCR systems.
Angentex® PRRSV EU/US/HP qPCR Detection Kit consists of the following components:
- Ready-to-use Master Mix.

Process control RNA (IC) detector to verify sample quality.

Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.

Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.
Storage
- Store at -20°C.
- Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
- Cool all reagents during the working steps.
