Description

Angentex® FMDV Typing (O, A and Asia-1) Detection Kit was developed and validated for the separate specific detection of Foot and mouth disease virus Subtypes O, A and Asia-1 in samples from cattle, swine, sheep, goats, and other cloven-hoofed ruminants. The kit contains everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction, except template RNA.

Angentex® FMDV Typing (O, A and Asia-1) Detection Kit is used for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV) Subtypes O, A, and Asia-1 by using real-time PCR systems.

Angentex® FMDV Typing (O, A and Asia-1) Detection Kit consists of the following components:

• Ready-to-use Master Mix
• Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
• Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.

Storage

• Store at -20°C.
• Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
• Cool all reagents during the working steps.

Instrument

Suitable for most Real-time PCR machines.
