Description

Angentex® FMDV qPCR Detection Kit (with IC) was developed and validated for use in the detection of Foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV) in samples from cattle, swine, sheep, goats, and other cloven-hoofed ruminants. The kit contains everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction, except template RNA.

Angentex® FMDV qPCR Detection Kit (with IC) is used for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV) by using real-time PCR systems.

Angentex® FMDV qPCR Detection Kit (with IC) consists of the following components:

• Ready-to-use Master Mix.
• Process control RNA (IC) detector to verify sample quality.
• Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
• Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.

Storage

• Store at -20°C.
• Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
• Cool all reagents during the working steps.

Instrument

Suitable for most Real-time PCR machines.
