Description

Angentex^® ASFV qPCR Detection Kit v.3 was developed and validated for the detection of the presence of VP72 and P30 genes of African Swine Fever Virus in the sample. The kit contains everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction, except template DNA. African Swine Fever (ASFV) viral genome and preventing carry-over contamination of PCR product.

Angentex^® ASFV qPCR Detection Kit v.3 is used for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFV) by using real-time PCR systems.

Angentex^® ASFV qPCR Detection Kit v.3 consists of the following components:

• Ready-to-use Master Mix, complete with uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) to decrease carry-over contamination.
• Process control detector to verify sample quality.
• Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
• Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.

Storage

• Store at -20°C.
• Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
• Cool all reagents during the working steps.

Suitable for most Real-time PCR machines.
