Angentex® ASFV and PRRSV qPCR Detection Kit is a Real-Time PCR diagnostic test kit designed to detect the presence of the VP72 gene of African Swine Fever Virus and ORF gene of Porcine reproductive, respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and process control (swine beta-actin) gene in a sample. The kit contains a ready-to-use master mix and everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction.

Angentex® ASFV and PRRSV qPCR Detection Kit is used for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFV) and Porcine reproductive, respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) by using real-time PCR systems.
Angentex® ASFV and PRRSV qPCR Detection Kit consists of the following components:
- Ready-to-use Master Mix.
- Process control detector to verify sample quality.
- Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
- Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.
Storage
- Store at -20°C
- Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
- Cool all reagents during the working steps.
