Angentex® AIV/NDV/Velogenic qPCR Detection Kit with IC was developed and validated for the separate specific detection of the presence of common gene of Avian Influenza type A Virus, Newcastle Disease Virus, Newcastle Disease Virus Velogenic (highly virulent) strain of Newcastle Disease Virus and process control. The kit contains everything necessary for the Real-Time PCR reaction, except template RNA.

Angentex® AIV/NDV/Velogenic qPCR Detection Kit with IC consists of the following components:
- Ready-to-use Master Mix.
- Process control RNA (IC) detector to verify sample quality.
- Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
- Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.
Storage
- Store at -20°C.
- Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
- Cool all reagents during the working steps.
