Angentex® qPCR ASFV Detection Kit UDG ^plus  consists of the following components:

• Ready-to-use Master Mix, complete with uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) to decrease carry-over contamination.
• Process control detector to verify sample quality.
• Positive Control (PC), to verify the performance of the master mix.
• Negative control, to verify the master mix is free of contamination.

Storage

• Store at -20°C
• Repeated thawing and freezing (>30x) should be avoided.
• Cool all reagents during the working steps.

Instrument

• Suitable for most Real-time PCR machines.
